We have a 14-day return policy on items that are not made-to-order (such as vases or kitchen implements), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in unused and returned with their original packaging.

Rugs and other items that are made to order cannot be returned. Orders for rugs that are canceled before delivery will incur a restocking fee. Shipping times depend on the pieces that you ordered. Our rugs are made to order and take an average of 6-8 weeks from when the order is placed. Most of our hard-goods are made by small companies who ship directly from their factory or shop. These items will arrive in about five weeks. 

We are constantly working on improving our shipping times. Watch this space for improvements!

Our products are sourced from all over the world. Many of them are made predominantly in Asia, specifically China and India. We also source products from some European countries. 

Our rugs are 100% New Zealand wool, which is renowned for being some of the softest wool on the planet. It is high in lanolin, which makes it less dry, water resistant, and more resistant to common household stains. 

All rugs should be vacuumed periodically, about once a week. Spot clean, if necessary, with mild soapy water is preferable.
