Sometimes you need to wash your fruit. We’ve all been there. Other times you want to display your fruit. Put it out in the kitchen or on the dining table when guests are coming as a gesture of hospitality or to suggest that your fridge isn’t empty.  

The Hara Fruit Bowl has both needs covered. Its clean lines and slightly elevated posture fit in with a modern or contemporary place setting, but its pedestal base holds a secret. At the center of the bowl lies five discrete slots that drain into the base. This means you can wash your fruit and set it directly in the bowl without having to worry about water collecting inside and slowly rotting your fruit. The base is removable so the water that drains out can be neatly put down the sink. We think it’s quite the party trick
